Some Texans Have Issues,And Do Not Need Guns!

As I said in my “Hello World” blog intro I WILL talk about Texans!  I am a Native New Yorker and Proud of it.  Why do people assume and call New Yorkers mean, crazy, nasty, rude, etc.  I know you have heard some of these words being used in regards to New Yorkers.  Then we hear how in the southern states the people are friendly and have that southern hospitality thing going on.

sixgunsDespite the fact that some fool in Texas is mailing white powder to our elected officials, but I will overlook that because, you know our government can drive people to the brink and cause them to do some crazy things!  BUT, yesterday here in Dallas, Texas some balding, forty-something, Caucasian man driving a tan Ford F-150 (Texans do LOVE their trucks!!) truck, shot and killed two people and injured others during rush hour on the LBJ freeway.  He just pulled up along side someone and started shooting.  No known reason, no provocation, he just decided to start shooting at people who were driving.   Road Rage?? Maybe but that is a bit extreme.  Someone who craves attention??  Possibly but there are better ways to get attention.   Crazy??  I don’t want to judge or label anyone but I would say most definitely!

Two are dead and another injured for no apparent reason.  One of the dead men was about to park his rig and then fly home to be with his family for the Christmas Holiday.  Read the story HERE.

My prayers and condolences go out to the families…
